Hi NehasPasha
Did you able to confirm if the API working properly ?
maybe this can be an issue in the API configuration side https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/Desktop/API-web-source-credential-has-a-SSL-TLS-error/m-p/750330
maybe use like postman and confirm if you can pull data from the api properly and then try it on Power Bi

This solution does not work for me. I'm still searching and trying to connect the right group of people to get rid of this error.

Hi NehasPasha
Did you check if you can pull data using postman?
https://blog.purestorage.com/purely-technical/using-postman-with-the-flasharray-rest-api/
if that works this mean you API side has no issue & then I noticed in this article in a step they turn off SSL verificationif that's the case check this solution
