It sounds like this data should not be in a PDF honestly - if you want people to be able to find things in it easily. You can open PDFs from SharePoint in Power BI, but it's not going to highlight what you're searching for in the file. You could probably use the new Copilot to ask questions about the content of the file and it will respond with the info you want, though? It still won't highlight exactly where in the file it's coming from, but it'll pull the content from the file.
