Power BI Workflow

Can someone please help me with a workflow project that I have?
I have the below questions that can be answered through a dummy data set that i have.

For Sequence in visual you can use rownumber

Dwell time you can use datediff

Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
