Power BI Web Data Source

I have a report published in power bi that imports data from a web api.
I have observed that if I do any changes in the web api code, the data in the reports is not refreshing/returning me the data that is returned from the api.
The same webapi call I have tried from Postman which returns correct data.
I have to Rename the web api always if I do minor changes in the api and republish the report to get the newly modified data.

How to reload to get new data without changing the API name

Hello @data_analyst12 ,

You have to change the api's name since power bi would recognise it as a different datasource which is normal.
