Power BI Waterfall Metric requirement

I have requirement in Power BI where the requirement is to build the Waterfall chart between Start and End period as shown in below screen shot. The User should select the start month and end month with Type = Actual / Forecast. Those two bar should be at both ends and in between need the distrbution based on Company or Region which ever is selected from Slicer.

What kind of data do you have? I think this chart isn't an ordinary one. Please refer to powerbi-service-tutorial-waterfall-charts and powerbi-learning-3-8-create-waterfall-funnel-charts. If you need more help, please provide a dummy pbix sample.
