Power BI Visual Displaying Outdated Data
Hi All,
I'm having an issue with my visual displaying values that are no longer present in the query or the data source. I have tried refreshing and have searched through the data to make sure there isn't an error. Please can anyone advise on this and preventing it in future?
Any help appreciated.

Hi Matthewn ,
Thanks Kedar_Pande for the quick reply and solution. I have some thoughts to add:
I recommend that you set up a scheduled refresh to refresh at the frequency you set. You can configure up to eight daily time slots if your semantic model is on shared capacity, or 48 time slots on Power BI Premium. The following screenshot shows a refresh schedule on a 12-hour interval.
For more details, please refer: Configure scheduled refresh - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

- Ensure the data source is updated and linked correctly.
- Instead of just refreshing the visual, refresh all data connections in your tool.
- Power BI cache data. Clear it from the setting
- Ensure that there are no filters applied that could display outdated data.
