Power BI User cannot be removed.

I have Power BI Administrator access yet cannot remove a user with Workspace Viewer permission.

In 'Manage Permissions' my only permission options are 'Add reshare', 'Add build', and 'Add write'.

Other users (also grated Workspace Viewer permission) were successfully removed.

1. try log in and log out, it might not reflect at once.
2. Remove the security group permission

3. might need to remove from RLS if already exists

4.check the permisssions in the workspace of the user
