I have two tables from Access: Table A & Table B:
I want to results to be like this in Power BI to include entry "EE"
However Power BI shows this, excluded EE
Here is the relationship setup... I cannot switch from "many to one" to "one to many"

Current power bi will auto hide blank records and records who only contains label fields value. You can right click on 'table a' 'unique id' column and turn on 'show item with no data' option.
