Please find the below image, can i get the grey area in data bar in the power bi table visual as given in the below mockup.
Assuming you have a Dimension table for countries, I suggest creating a new column in the Dimension table:
1) In Power Query, create a conditional column whereby if the Country[name] is one of those you need to keep separate, then Country[Name]. If not, "Other"
2) OR in the table list in the report page, you can right click on the Country[name field] in the dimension table and "create a new Group" (one for every seperate country and the rest as "Other")
then use that new column in the visual
If you get stuck, please provide a sample dataset or PBIX file

@PaulDBrown i could not upload the power bi file here. Please provide your mail id. I'll share through mail
You can upload by using a cloud service (Onedrive, Google Drive, iCloud, Deopbox ...) and sharing from there.
If that doesn't work, send me a pm

@PaulDBrown Please find my KPMG Source file here

I'm attaching the file. I have created the groups in the "Country Master" Table, in the "Fields" list (I cannot access the source tables in POwer Query since I have no connection to the source database). Ideally you should do this in Power Query if possible.
See if that work for you.
