Power BI Subscriptions and Powerpoints
Hello, I'm having issues when setting up a subscription. We have a report that has 3 pages and we would like to setup a subscription that send send all 3 pages in a powerpoint, however, It only allows me to send the current page. Any suggestions?

I understand that you are trying to set up a subscription for a multi-page Power BI report and want it to be delivered as a PowerPoint, but currently only the current page is sent. This is a common scenario due to how Power BI’s native subscription feature works.Power BI subscriptions to PowerPoint currently only allow sending the current page of a report. There is not an option in the native subscription feature to include all pages. If sending all pages is critical, there are two main approaches you can take.
Use PDF subscriptions: Power BI allows you to subscribe to a PDF export, and in this case, you can include all report pages.
Steps: Open your report in Power BI Service. Click Subscribe → Add new subscription. Select PDF as the export format. Make sure to select “Include all pages”. Set your recipients and schedule.Use Power Automate for PowerPoint: If PowerPoint is required, you can create a scheduled flow in Power Automate to export the full report to PowerPoint and email it automatically. This method gives you full control over all pages and schedule settings.

For a subscription, if you select that you want a pdf or ppt attachment it will do all unhidden pages. The preview you can select in teh body of the image is only one page.
This option near the bottom when setting up a subscription is what is only for one page:
To be able to have teh pdf or ppt attachment you need an F64 sku or above.
