Power BI Streaming Dashboard - Conditional Formatting option?

Is it possible to have conditional formatting in a Power BI dashboard that is populated from either a streaming or push dataset?  All I want to do is have a card data label change to RED if the value...

    So I found out conditional formatting is supported with both Table and Matrix visual for whatever reason so I decided to make a table visual and then tweak the settings to make it appear as if it is a card visual.  Overall it looks pretty good all things considered:
