Is it possible to have conditional formatting in a Power BI dashboard that is populated from either a streaming or push dataset? All I want to do is have a card data label change to RED if the value is > X. Unfortuantley, as soon as I add this to the report visual and pin it to the dashboard, that conditonal formatting is removed.
Using Visio diagrams and pinning them to my dashboards is the only way I have found so far to change the colors of a visual dynamically based on a value, but I would prefer to change something such as a card.

So I found out conditional formatting is supported with both Table and Matrix visual for whatever reason so I decided to make a table visual and then tweak the settings to make it appear as if it is a card visual. Overall it looks pretty good all things considered:
