Power BI Small multiples with URL link icon

Is it possible to add URL link for each small multiple? For instance, I'm breaking out a cost over time line by small multiples based on the "project" field. I want to be able to have a clickable lin...

Here you go. The links that I am showing here are just icons that were inserted in Snagit. They were not rendered or populated in Power BI.

    Download the image and insert the image in Power BI
    Select the Image - Go to Action and insert web link
