Power BI Slicer values change

In power BI, I have a table named Sample which contains status, File Name, Email columns. the status column contains 'Excel' and 'PDF' duplicate Values . I want to use status column as a slicer, here i want to see the values in the slicer 'Excel', 'PDF' and 'Combined' instead of Excel, PDF and 'Select All'. So if I select Excel from the slicer then it should display Excel related records, if we select PDF then it should show PDF related records, if I select Combined then it should show both Excel and PDF related records in the tabular visual. The tabular visual contains File Name, Email columns .how can we do this

Thanks!

Hey @vally57 ,
if I get you right you want to achieve something like this:

Which would look like this if you select PDF:

If this is what you're looking for, you just need to place the table visual on your report page and add the slicer visual to the report page as well. For the slicer visual then select the STATUS column of your table which contains the information about EXCEL or PDF.

Please let me knwo if this helps you.

hey @iceparrot

In the STATUS slicer now we have 'Select all', 'Excel' and 'PDF' values. But I want to show 'Combined', 'Excel' and 'PDF' values. Here instead of Select all I want Combined, if I select Combined from the slicer, the table should display both Excel and PDF related records.
