Community Championakinsps - the video I linked to would be a great place to start. Microsoft's own documentation on it is here. There is really no good way to show someone everyting there is to know about creating bookmarks to fulfill your needs in a community forum post. It would be several thousand words with images.
MS Documentation + Guys in a Cube (Both MS employees) are a great starting point here.
