Power BI Service
Bonjour,
Je souhaite effectuer un partage d'un rapport BI (Export en Excel) a l'exterieur de mon organisation.
Nous avons activer le partage pour toutes les adreeses gmail, hotmail, etc.
Les adresses sont dans Azure AD, mais dans la section destinataire les adresses ne sont toujours pas reconnues.
du coup impossible d'effectuer l'enregistrement pour pouvoir effectuer le partage.
J'ai besoin d'aide ou d'orientation.

This isn’t an external sharing setting issue, it’s how users exist in Microsoft Entra ID. Power BI will only recognize external emails if they are proper B2B guest users (UserType = Guest). If they were added as contacts or otherwise, they won’t show in the picker. Invite them as guest users and have them accept the invite, after that, they should resolve correctly. Also, make sure they have access to the report/dataset itself, exporting to Excel doesn’t bypass Power BI permissions, so they still need access on the service side.
