the report refresh fine in desktop and the gateway is not offline too
Anonymous , are your able to download the model ? If yes, try refreshing it in desktop, look out for any errors and debug it on query level.

Anonymous , Try reconfiguring the datasource credentials on service and refresh.
Tried that too...
