Power BI Report with dynamic column names

Hi, 

I have a requirement to create a report as shown in the below screenshot.

I am stuck on a number of things :
1) How do I dynamically change the name of the column headers 

2) How do I create an extra row of labels for the headers
3) I have created a DAX measure for the daily change however this repeats for each date.

I am using a matrix visual.
