Power BI Report Builder Can't find SQL Server
There is no gateway involved. It is just an on premises SQL server. There must be something different about how Power Query is implemented in Report Builder from the way it is done in Power BI Desktop or Excel. I ended up creating the report in Excel. Sometimes the old tools still work better than the new ones.

New tools may not be perfect and some features may not be available. When the version is updated, some of the problem will be resolved. If you have solved the problem, please consider Accept it as the solution to help the other members find it more quickly.
