Helper IIamitchandak Thank you for your reply. I have already made these changes and tested them. Unfortunately they do not work. The change I am making is to reduce the number of rows returned by the Native Query. Originally when I added this table to the model I had no issues with Native Queries. Now I have 2 in this model and neither of them will allow me to change them in Power Query now.
The only difference in my machine from when I was able to use Native queries and now is Power BI Desktop updates. I am currently running March 2023 version of PBI Desktop. If I cannot get this resolved soon I see no other option than to uninstall PBI Desktop and reinstall an older version and hope it works.
