Power BI Refresh error in Desktop

Hi Everyone,

Iam not able to refresh the report while I am connecting to my office Network and below is the error .Earlier I was able to do.and I am able to refresh the data while I am connecting to my mobile hotspot. My data source is postgres SQL and it is not installed on my machine usually connects with database using server name, username and password.I checked with my colleague he was able to connect with office network.

Could you please help.

@SowmyaYedla , This can be an IP whitelisting or VPN issue. You office ips are allowed to connect and if you are in the office or using VPN, you are able to access
