Power BI Refresh Error
Hi, can someone help me with the error message below?
Data source error: Information is needed in order to combine data. Please specify a privacy level for each data source.;Information about a data source is required.. The exception was raised by the IDbCommand interface. Table: System One Actual.

System One Actual is dataflow which I created in one of my workspace. I have tried to attached "internal use" or "Public" or "Confidential - Internal Use" for the dataflow System One Actual, then tried refreshed my semantic model afterward. It still did not refresh successfully.
Can someone give me some advice? Thanks,

You can follow my steps below:
open the corresponding PBI desktop local file first and
Combine Data According to Privacy Levels:
- In Power BI Desktop, go to File > Options and settings > Options.
- Under Current File, select Privacy.
- Ensure that the option Combine data according to your Privacy Level settings for each source is selected
Check Privacy Levels:
- Open Power BI Desktop.
- Go to File > Options and settings > Data source settings.
- Select your data source and click Edit Permissions.
- Ensure that the privacy levels for all data sources are set correctly and consistently. You can choose between Public, Organizational, and Private
Perform a desktop data refresh to ensure success. Ater the refresh is successful, you can republish to and try to reconfigure the data source definition for the data source of the related dataset to ensure that the "Privacy level" configured on the Serive is consistent with that of the Desktop:
