    Hi,

    Yes, for another user to view a Report that has been shared with them by a Pro licence user,  they require a Power BI Pro licence. Initially they may get a "trial licence" that runs for 60 days. This is what your collegue has got, a Trial Licence with 59 days remaining before it reverts to a Free licence that will not let him view reports that have been shared. With a Pro, or Pro Trial licence they should be able to view reports and Dashboards shared with them either through Teams, or Power BI's "Shared with me" folder.

Just one more quick thing, if I have power Bi premium will the non pro users can still see ?, or does it require premium subscription for the entire organisation ?

If you have a Premium Per User (PPU) licence you can share from a normal workspace with Pro users, but you can only share from a PPU workspace with other PPU licences. If your organisation has a Premium Capacity Licence anything on a Premium Capacity Workspace can be shared with users with a Free licence (Microsoft call this "universal access").
