Power BI Pro
Hi,
Yes, for another user to view a Report that has been shared with them by a Pro licence user, they require a Power BI Pro licence. Initially they may get a "trial licence" that runs for 60 days. This is what your collegue has got, a Trial Licence with 59 days remaining before it reverts to a Free licence that will not let him view reports that have been shared. With a Pro, or Pro Trial licence they should be able to view reports and Dashboards shared with them either through Teams, or Power BI's "Shared with me" folder.

I have an idea that the sharing is a pro feature, but viewing is also a pro feature ?
Is there any work around where I can show it to a wider audience of non pro users, and the dashboard has row level security as well.Yes, to securely view anything shared with them by a Pro user, recipients need a Pro licence.
You could use Publish to Web which gives anyonymous access to the Report for everyone. But that is not secure, you can't restrict who sees it. Also if you've used RLS that will not work with Publish to Web.

Just one more quick thing, if I have power Bi premium will the non pro users can still see ?, or does it require premium subscription for the entire organisation ?
