Power BI Pro or Free
If these Excel files are located on SharePoint Online, you don't need Gateway, then Power BI Free license is enough since you just need to refresh 10K rows/day. When sharing dashboards/reports to other users, if your dashboards/reports contains Pro content, it will require Pro license for accessing users. You can set "Can View" (no "Can Edit") for other users.

- If I want to have my database in xls located on company SharePoint, do I need Power BI Pro or free version is enough. Once per day refresh and 10K lines would be enough for my case. Also I would like to know if I create reports/dashboards with Power BI Pro is it necessary for my users to have a licence to see by reports, or they just need to download mobile app from the store and after I share my dasboard with them they can see it.
