    Hi beerygaz,

     

    Power BI Desktop is free to use to create reports/dashboards. However, if you need to publish the report to your clients' workspace(and it should be group/app workspace), then you'll need a Power BI Pro license in each tenant of clients. An alternative solution could be just sharing the pbix files to your clients and let them publish the reports with their Power BI accounts. :smileyhappy:
