Helper IIIPower BI Pro License
I need some info;
1. Do we need Power BI Pro license to develop reports or if I have Office 365 E5 then I do not need to buy Power BI Pro to develop reports using Power BI Desktop ?
2. Only user with Power BI Pro license can share the report ?

#1, Office 365 E5 subscription include some free power bi pro license(25 users), you can assign these licenses at office portal.(expired date is same as office 365 E5 subscription)
#2, AFAIK, p2p share feature has released as pro feature. you can consider to use 'publish to web' feature to share.(it not require pro license)

You don't need to buy a license to use powerbi desktop. You don't need a license to share (publicly) the reports. You also don't need a license to publish on the web (privately in your workspace) reports. You DO need two licenses (both you and the receiver) to share privately a report on the web (i.e. you create the report and share to Mike: both you and Mike needs a pro license)
