Power BI Premium vs Power BI Pro

Hi, 

I have a PowerBI Report in Premium Capacity and working over there on Service, But I have only 5 premium capacity lisences and I have 10 users who need to view the report.

does the Power BI Pro users can view the report? becuase I tried to get the Embedded link from the Report which is hosted in Premium capacity and when I given that link to Pro User (it Says: *Premium Lisence required to view* )

@MH3 , You might have a premium per user license, because if you have the premium capacity you can access using pro license and you can create a power bi-service app that can be used by even nonpro users  -https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/consumer/end-user-license
