Power BI Premium Per User to Power BI Premium Capacity

Hi Everyone,
I am here to ask for a suggestion. I am having Premium Per User license. I have a Power BI dashboard in a workspace. My customer wanted to refresh the dashboard from their end. Unfortunately they are free users. I did some research and saw 2 options:
1. Buy a ppu license for my customer

2. Upgrade my license from ppu to Premium capacity
For the second option, I really don't understand which is the correct link to upgrade to Premium capacity or the cost of upgrading to premium capacity.

Please suggest if anyone has an idea on this or any other suggestions.
Thank you!

How are you sharing the report with them?
Normally a Pro or PPU is needed to create a report/dashboard/workspace and the same is required to view the report.

If you want to go down Premium Capacity it is a huge jump instead of 10-20 per user per month it is paid per capcity which can be anywhere up to and above 5000 a month.

There is also the choice of embedded which starts at 750 a month.

The advantaged of these two is a paid user can share to free users and the data can all be kept local rather than going to the cloud.

Hi @Gayathri31

Thanks for the reply from SamWiseOwl , please allow me to add some information.

Power BI Premium has been converted to Microsoft Fabric. Premium SKUs are no longer available for purchase. To use Power BI Premium features, you need to purchase an F SKU.

Is it also true that the Premium license allows up to 48 refreshes, but if you have a Premium Per User license you can only schedule up to 8 (same as the Pro license)?

I'm having that problem now with adding a "refresh" button (using Power Automate) to my Power BI report .  I can only use that button 8 times a day before it no longer works.  I have a Premium Per User license.
