Power BI Phone Layout

Can you use the Phone Layout for Power BI Embedded? Or do you need to create a separate report and optimize this for phone?

I am also trying to show the Phone Layout in my PowerBI Premium Embeded Report and even when looking at the site on the phone, the report does not swicth to the phone layout.  Do I need to pass something into the report telling it to show the phone layout?  How can i get this to show?  I need this to finish up my powerbi work in my application.

It is a big issue.  Maddening in fact.  They are giving us a way to embed content in our own applications, but I'm not seeing a way for it to work for a mobile compatiable website?  Cloud first, mobile what??? come on microsoft get it together.  Power BI needs to be fully mobile capable end to end, and needs AAD B2B to blow the lid off of the industry.
