Power BI Parent grouping

  hello please i have this data on excel i want to work with it on power BI and i have the issue of having two headers and i tried the grouping by and everything nothing is worked here so please...

    Hi Nourhan,

     

    I would suggest you format source table structure to be similar to below:

     

    Then, load such a table into Power BI desktop, you can use a Matrix visual to display data. You should also drill down the last level.
