Power BI Paginated Reports don't show updated data

I've built a Power BI Dashboard. The data source is a sharepoint file. One section of the report includes a paginated report that is connected to the same dataset as the Dashboard. The Paginated Report was built using Power Bi Report Builder app. Whenever something is changed in the data source file (located in the Sharepoint), I can see the dashboard being updated with the new data, however, the paginated report keeps showing the old data. How can enable that it refreshes whenever the dashboard is refreshed as well?

Hi, @MicUser3

You should refresh your semantic model. When the semantic model refresh is successful, the Power BI paginated report is also updated. Here's a sample test I created:

The current paginated report:

When I change measure in the semantic model:

Reopen the paginated report and see that the data has been updated:

You can update your paginated report by refreshing your dataset via the refresh button next to the semantic model:

In addition, you can configure scheduled refresh for your semantic model. You can learn how to configure scheduled refresh through the following documentation:

Configure scheduled refresh - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

Refresh a semantic model from OneDrive or SharePoint Online - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
