Power BI On-premises data gateway installation.

Please check if your computer have meet the requirements for installing the On-premise data gateway. And take a try to re-start your computer, and then re-install the latest vision of On-premise data gateway . More details about the requirements for installing the On-premise data gateway, please check the following article:

then check if the issue is solved.

I have checked and tried all the steps in the article, as well as have done other research. still can't resolve the issue.
