Power BI On-premises data gateway installation.

Hi, is anyone could help to solve my issue with On-premises data gateway installation ?   I receive the error "On-premises data gateway installation has failed" and tell me to check the log, howeve...

Please  check if your computer have meet the requirements for installing the On-premise data gateway. And  take a try to re-start your computer, and then re-install the latest vision of On-premise data gateway . More details about the requirements for installing the On-premise data gateway, please check the following article:

then check if the issue is solved.
