Power BI OSHA Health & Safety Statistics Template

Does anyone know of a Power BI template for tracking OSHA Health & Safety Stats?  I have been looking for one and cannot find anything.

I had seen that one during my searching.  I have sent them an email, but was also wondering if someone just had a template readily available for use.  Not sure what the cost of this one could be.
