Power BI - New workspace
Hello All,
Following are the questions we have for new workspace:
1) Is it cost involved in creating a workspace
2) Should we deploy very sensitive finance information in separate workspace or Power BI security can manage it if deployed in shared workspace which contains other dashboards.

2) Once you add a user to a workspace, he will be able to see all the artifacts that are published there.
although depending on the "workspace membership permission" you give to the user he'll be able to see datasets+reports or only reports.
One more thing if still want to keep your report in the same workspace, you can as long as you implement "Row Level Security" so even if the user opens the report, he won't be able to see any data, because it's protected 🙂
