Power BI Multi lingual Report Development

Hello Everyone,

Wish you all a happy new year. 

I am trying to achieve Power Multi-Lingual report development as per the following Demo explained in the youtube link,

I am unable to achieve translated meta data through Power BI Embedded.

Please let me know if any of you has got idea whether it is feasible through Power BI Embedded.
