Power BI Models and Dashboard documentation templates

Hi, I have a requirement to produce documentation that enables the bespoke models and dashboards to be supported. Are there any off the shelf templates (i.e Word, Excel etc) available? 

We are a new implementation of Power BI and would like to follow some form of standards that anyone can understand. Our organization does not currently allow for add on tools to be installed without a lengthy process, hence asking about templates.

We do intend to share documentation with our colleagues via our companies WIKI using Confluence, in the short to medium term.

Any ideas and suggestion would be appreciated.

Thank you for the information but I need some way to breakdown the model, tables, filters, DAX formula and produce a report/dashboard specification. This is so our Support team can understand what has been delivered and also form the basis of ongoing change control for our team.

Power BI report templates contain the following information from the report from which they were generated:

• Report pages, visuals, and other visual elements
• The data model definition, including the schema, relationships, measures, and other model definition artifacts
• All query definitions, such as queries, Query Parameters, and other query element
