Power BI Model has updated data but Visuals are stil showing old data

Hello All,

We have a Power BI Dashboard which refresh daily. Now refresh is working fine but visuals are not showing updated data. To troubleshot the issue, We downloaded the PBIX file and refreshed in Power BI Desktop, We found that we have the updated data in data model but Visuals still showing the old data.

Note - The recent change we did for this dashboard is we created report subscription without include my changes as we were not clear much on this option.

Kindly suggest how to resolve this issue.

Hello @Anonymous ,

if the data is showing in the model but not in the report, so there's some sort of filter that is applied and preventing the new data from showing.

check the filters in the report and in filter pane.
