Does anyone know how to create a report in Power BI or any other reporting service that contains information of all my meetings run through Microsoft Teams, whether they are recurring or one–time, and the number of participants who joined that meeting? All my meetings are organized in Outlook through Office365; let me know if you can help; thanks!

I need to access the company's data, not just mine, but that atrticle does link to the admin article which is what I'm looking for, so here is the link:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/teams-analytics-and-reports/teams-usage-report
I'll try those features out and see if it does what I need it to do; thanks
Definitely, If it is company's data then you need additional access and privileges.
Hope the new link you found works...
