Power BI Matrix report
I have data in this format ,

I want to build something like this, But I want avg of all month insted of Grandt Total on the end of Matrix. and the Blank space between few measures and Matrix to be fixed columns 1-12(month) instead of growing dynamcally. How can I achieve this?

I don't think there is a direct way to do it in Power BI currently. You can add it as an idea on Power BI Ideas forum to improve Power BI on this feature. Here is similar idea for your reference. :smileyhappy:
