    Thank you v-pnaroju-msft and Royel 

    I was able to resolve the issue but switching my dimension tables to dual mode(import mode works too). 
    A possible explaination I found for this is that, in DirectQuery Many to Many relationships  generate complex subqueries for power BI and since my fact table right now have Many to many relations with my dimension tables, I have this issue. I am still looking into a detailed understanding of the behaviour.
