Power BI Map Visual Legend Click to zoom

Hi everyone, I was wondering if Power BI had this function on a hypothetical simple map:

Map of USA with major city locations.  When you click on a city name on the legend, it zooms to that area on the map (kind of like it does on google earth).  It there something like this on Power BI?

@Techlearner , It can zoom on another map. That map will at as filter

Do you have a guide on how this is done?  I am not able to find anything online.
