Power BI MS Access Queries
Hello. I'm relatively new to Power BI but I am proficient in MS Access.
I see that I can import MS Access queries into power bi. Would this be a good way to link my data that I aleady have table connections set up with?
When I imported the query it appears to just bring in the query as it's own table? Or is this query live meaning if I bring in the query create my dashboard will it be updated via this query? Or is it best to just bring in my tables via odbc connection and re create the same query? Or can I use the SQL code from access and re create the query table structure this way? If not then I'll just get used to doing this in power bi. Thanks
Ok thank you. I'll review the videos. But importing the access query or sql will not create the table structure that I do in power bi? Or just bringing in the access query itself? But I'll go over the videos. I have linked the tables in Power BI I was just curious

pbDudley , In Power BI, You have to import data, create the model, and create measure and visual
Direct query mode is supported for a few RDBMS, but Power BI will generate a query.
