Power BI Live Connection to Cube - Dynamic aggregation based on child count of a parent in matrix

Hi,

Not sure if anyone has encountered the issue.

I have few measures that returns either SUM or AVG of some measure using child count property based on hierarchy level.

It seems that when you connecting live to SSAS and display the measures in matrix visual, the child count seems to be the same across all hierarchy level.

Appreciate if anyone could shed some light.

Cheers.

Hi @Jason_iSelect,

After a few research, I found a similar thread. It seems to be that there're still some constraints to use Hierarchy from SSAS cube within Power BI Desktop. Smiley Happy
