Power BI Issue in working

Hi Community People..,

Here to inform this ,that I'm unable to open & run .pbix files in POWER BI DESKTOP , actually I'm using version 2.115 ,I got an error like page is having a problem.

If fortunately it gets opened ,then also automatically the app got closed ,

Please suggest how to proceed & mention what is the issue might be ..!

yeah I agree may be the main cause is version ,but I'm not exceeding the usage of any features beyond the version's specification.

Even , when I'm using PBI online service there also its showing an error

Kindly help me out.

Thankyou .

    Hi Anonymous ,

Have submitted this issue internal to confirm, would update here as soon as possible if there is any update about it.

    • This is an error happening in desktop due to a bookmark with a highlight expression which is very deep.
    • You can publish the pbix file to service and then try removing the bookmark causing the problem. Then save and re-download the pbix. Since it is not opening in desktop, you can go to powerbi.com and then do getdata and load the pbix.
