Have submitted this issue internal to confirm, would update here as soon as possible if there is any update about it.
- This is an error happening in desktop due to a bookmark with a highlight expression which is very deep.
- You can publish the pbix file to service and then try removing the bookmark causing the problem. Then save and re-download the pbix. Since it is not opening in desktop, you can go to powerbi.com and then do getdata and load the pbix.
