Power BI - How to show both Integer & Percentage value in single measure

Hello All,

We have measure that displays around more than 15 values for different items. Below is the sample.

The issue is we have to show some of the values in % which we are not able to do. Kindly suggest  how to show both Integer & Percenatge value in single Measure.

Please try to build DAX as below 

Measure = VAR _SelectedItem = SELECTEDVALUE('YourTableName'[Item])
RESULT
SWITCH
TURE(),
_SelectedItem = "Total Bugs",[ValueMeasure], //assuming Value Measure by default integer
_SelectedItem = "Total Resolution",[ValueMeasure], //assuming Value Measure by default integer
_SelectedItem = "% Satisfaction",FORMAT([ValueMeasure],"Percent"),
_SelectedItem = "% Reassigned",[ValueMeasure]&"%" //alternative way
)
