Power BI - How to send automated email to different user(s) based on certain criteria

Hello All,

We have a below sample report which shows region wise sales Amount. 

Our customer wants to send an automated email to specific user(s) if they have sales Amount lower than 500. so in this case, an automated email should go to France & Australia team.

Let us know how to achieve it.

There is no automated way to do a conditional subscriptions from a report in the portal. You might want to look at Power Automate to create a flow to do this. Azure has a resource called Logic Apps that might be able to do the same.

Thanks for your response, We would like to check one more thing, there is a option in Power BI called "set Alert" when we right click on perticular visual. if we ask every team to set the data alert by themselves, will it be right think to do. what is the advantages & disadvantes in case there are not then 100 user(s).

They are only on visuals pinned in dashboards - shared, Power BI Pro licence or Premium capacity. It is only on certain visuals as well - Tiles, KPIs, gauges and cards.
