Helper IIPower BI Gateway Update Wrong Link
Hi,
It appears that the 'Download' link on the Power BI Gateway page is directing me to the November release: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=55768
It should redirect to the December release: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=53127
Please confirm/update as this was causing errors on updating the gateway as it was trying to install the same version on top of each other.

The December 2024 release looks like there are no updates, and I didn't find the December gateway update instructions.
The December release should be released automatically by system, and the installation package provided by this link is also the November version.

If this post helps, then please consider Accept it as the solution to help the other members find it more quickly.I would recommend removing the option to download a new gateway when a new gateway is not available. Then you can mark it solved. We've been updating gateways for years and this was the first time this has happened.

It seems that the November 2024 version could be the latest version of the personal mode, so that the link is directing to the November.
The link of December version is the standard version.
Personal mode:

Standard mode:
Download On-premises data gateway from Official Microsoft Download Center
